Dynamics CRM GP connector pegging server CPU

Posted on by 1,730

A recent install of the Dynamics CRM connector for GP has caused the CPU to become pegged on the GP SQL Server it's running on.  Right now the only items setup to sync are a few things from the inventory master setup tables (IV00101) so that new parts that get added to GP become available in CRM.

As soon as you stop the Dynamics Connector the CPU usage returns to normal.

If anyone has any ideas why it would constantly consume so much CPU I would greatly appreciate it.

GP is 2013R2, CRM is the latest version as far as I know.
