How to optimize Custom WEBAPI for CRM ?

Hello Experts ,

WE have developed custom MVC webapi tool to create API's for CRM . But in one of our project the API is performing very slow to fetch data from dataset of 5 lakh .

Are there any tips to check and do's and dont's to accelerate custom WEB API ?

Your suggestions are need thanks in advance.

    Hi reydynamics,

    I recommend using the Common Data Service Web API instead as it is already optimised.
