If I set the field City as required field, Since it is hidden inside the address field, The user doesnt notice that this field is a required field.

Are there any possibility to show the address field as required field ?
This applies to account, contact, and lead form.

    Hello Donny:

Have them change the view to Account: Information. It should shows all the address info.

If that is the true then set that for the default.

    Hi Donny,

    Yes, it is possible.

I think you need to put the address:city field as well into the form in this case.

Of course it would work If I show the field on the form. But how do I di this if I still want to use the address popup window?

    Donny,

You can make the address composite field mandatory

And then you make the address city as mandatory as well

    Hi Donny,

On Account,Contact and Lead there is one Address field which is composite field which display : Street 1 , 2, 3, City , postal code  & Country.

By default if u place only Address field then on clicking of address field it will give option to fill above fields.

If you dont want to show Address1: fields on form separately all time then place Address 1 field on form ie Address 1: City etc  with visible state. Now create business rule on as :

IF Address 1 City Contains data

Then  Action : Hide Address 1 : City field

    Else Action : Show fields.

So as city is mandatory field it will be displayed on form if it do not contains any data. And if it will contain data then it will be hidden and data will be included in composite Address field.

    Hope this helps !!

    Thanks

    Kamran
