ADFS Authentication failed while setup commerce scale unit on-prem env

Hi community,

I am trying to use Retail cloud POS using an on-premises environment. I am following this document https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/commerce/dev-itpro/retail-store-scale-unit-configuration-installation to setup commerce scale unit for retail cloud POS. While setting up on the last step I am providing the client and secret id from ADFS machine app registration but it is giving an error of ADFS authentication failed at this step. I have checked it with both native and server application registration but still given an error.

I am trying to find this error log on event viewer but haven't find a log related with this error. Can anyone knows why ADFS auth is given an error, and anyone who have setup and configure CSU for retail cloud POS on an on-premises environment?
