Can I edit the Add New Activity List in Top Navigation

In the Unified Interface App I show two different + icons that allow adding.  One is the quick create and the second is only for activities.  I want to be able to remove some of the activities in the list - for instance I do not want to allow users to select Letter, Fax or Service Activity.

Thank you Henry, I'll try to figure out how these were installed.

    Hi Lori,

You should only see these options by default for the top bar:

If you see other options, these have been added with customizations (by you, an ISV add-on that you installed, from a partner, etc.)

Now in the out-of-the-box Quick Create (the + icon), you can choose what activities are available (in the screenshot below, Visit Report is a custom entiy).

I didn't 'intentionally' redevelop another Quick Create - something we never used and always discouraged our users from using, I just noticed this when we started building Unified Interface App.  I do not have Letter or Fax as part of my App definition, but these are still appearing.

    Hi Lori,

May I ask why you redevelop your own Quick Create feature to create activities?

For the regular "Quick Create" for activities, consider removing the Latter, Fax, etc. entities from your app definition.
I think this should remove them from the suggested activity types.
