How to bulk export data from CRM 4 in order to load to CRM online 2013

I just opened an online account with crm 2013 and I need now to export all my old data from crm 4 and then import them into 2013. I found some tools into codeplex and I try to use them with no luck. I always get error regarding missing crmservice.asmx file although the file is there.

I am stacked now and I don't know how to move on.

I have tested the

blogs.msdn.com/.../crm-4-0-bulk-data-export-tool.aspx

and the

mscrmbulkupdatetool.codeplex.com

Can you please help me?

    So are you saying you cannot get these tools to connect to your CRM 4 organisation.

    Why don't you use Advanced find to select all the data out of your CRM 4 and this will create some csv files which you can then import into CRM 2013.  You will have to do this for every entity.

    Those two tools only automate this step a little bit, you would still have to import the files into CRM 2013

    Thank you very much for your quick answer Ben. If I do the proper export using advanced find then I will not get all data out of the crm and I think, not sure, that when I import them into the crm 2013 I won't have the associations of the tables. For example the activities won't bind with accounts etc. Am I wrong?
