Store Operation, HQ Client and HQ Manager and Server is installed on the same PC.
The setting at HQ Administrator under File/Configuration revert back to default setting every time the PC is reboot or shut down.
However the Store Administrator and HQ Client is not affected (means the setting remain as what is configured).
The HQ Administrator is configured to access to the database via Hamachi.
RMS Version is 2.0.6 (CU5) and the Windows OS is Windows 7 Professional.
The PC only have 1 Windows user (Administrator) and configured to auto login.
We had uninstall the HQ and reinstall again but still could not resolve this issue.
