I dump our Income Statement into Excel with the transaction drill down.  I have a column type "ORMSTRNM" which gives me (or is suppose to) the Original Master Name of the transaction (i.e. the Vendor or Customer).  Since I installed SP11 (ver 6.7) this column is not exporting to Excel (2010).  When I use the drill down viewer I can see it - but when I export it disappears.  Any ideas as to what may be causing this?

    There are many known bugs in SP10 and SP11 for FRx related to Export to Excel.  This is just one of them.  If you require Export to Excel functionality work correctly, SP9 is your best bet.  But you may be in a catch 22 situation as SP9 may not work with O10. 

    I will try to find out from some collegues if and when a Hotfix for these issues will be released and update the thread.

    Thanks for your response.  I actually installed SP10 and SP11 because I was having problems exporting - it would export, but not open automatically - it gave me an error message.  I think I'm going to uninstall and go back to using SP9 - at least I had all the information.  I would appreciate knowing when a Hotfix is available.  Thanks again!

    Hi

    I have just seen this problem with a client. They are running FRX 6.7.11027 and so am I. They are running Office 2010 and so am I. But they are running GP9 - I am running GP2010. They do not get the export of ORMSTRNM to Excel and I do. So it would appear to be something to do with the GP version - I have suggested they try a "downgrade" back to 9 if possible. The issue only arose for them after the upgrade.
