when i try to open from i'v got this message error

Try to debug. You copied this form and there must be methods which are using/referring old form name in code.

I am sure, debug will help to identify the right place.

yes it's copy from another form and i call it by display menu item which have custom query and nd yes it does compile without errors the form showing and appear ok when i call it but stil getting this error

and now even original form show this error too
