Hi,

I want to sync data of Journals into sharepoint  2013 List. So if any record added in GP it will reflect immediately in SharePoint List and if any record updated in SharePoint list it will reflect in GP.

    Hello Ahmed

we are talking in here about a two way integration in which should data should flow back and forth between Dynamics GP and SharePoint. I have gone through a similar requirement between Dynamics CRM and Dynamics GP. In which, the finance department required any specific transaction entered on the CRM to be migrated into Dynamics GP, additionally, if a transactions was voided or entered on the Dynamics GP level, it should be migrated as well into Dynamics CRM. It is doable, but you need to consider the following aspects in your assignment

Data from Dynamics GP > SharePoint

This is absolutely easy and could be considered as an out of the box functionality of SharePoint. In SharePoint, you can create a list which retrieve data from an SQL view. Meanwhile, you need to create a view on the database level to have all your journals (GL20000 for open year and GL30000 for closed year) be read automatically by SharePoint in real time.

Data from SharePoint > Dynamics GP

This is the hard part in which you need to consider a specific method of integration (integration manager, eConnect, SmartConnect ...etc) in order to build an integration layer to read and import data from SharePoint into Dynamics GP. In order to do so, you need to format and provide data according to the logical validation of the ERP system so that your journals can move into Dynamics GP automatically.

The first way of integration could be performed and deployed in a matter of "hours", while the second one would need "days" in case you need to develop in-house integration. Considering a third party solution like SmartConnect could decrease the duration and make your life easier.

    Your feedback is highly appreciated,
