How to provide multi language using lookup fields?

Hi,

I have requirement for the multi language, and my current implementation is developed using lookup controls for the address(country, state).

In each lookup control i have created one field for language id(it will be common for the all same country in all language). but the problem as below.

How can i render the text of the lookup based on the current language?
