Unable to see my certifications in MS Learning

Hi All,
 
Not sure this is the right forum to ask this.
 
I completed almost 5 MS certifications , initially I used professional email account, but later I disassociated and associated my personnel email account , same I used for few certifications.
But now I am not able to see any certifications/transcripts using personnel and professional email accounts.
 
Please let me know whom I need to contact or send an email to get this sorted.
