SQL/ RMS errors

Hello,

My RMS HQ Server crashed a few days ago because of severe electrical issues. I am using sql 5.5 with RMS 2.0.

After my server came back up within RMS I ran a check database and reindex. I recieved the following errors

error 2147212553: Table error: table "item"(id 581577110). Data row does not have matching index row in the 'PK'(ID 2).

and

Error reindexing database -2147217873 THE CREATE INUIQUE INDEX statement terminated because a duplicate key was found for the object 'dbo.Item' 'PC_ITEM'. The duplicate key value is (79140).

What does this mean exactly and what do I need to do (EXACTLY) to fix this issue?

I am new to SQL but willing to try and learn. If you know PLEASE list step by step for a dummy like me to try and resolve this issue. THANK YOU!!

    Do  u have a recent backup? what version is this (sql 5.5)? there's sql 2000, 2005, 2008, 2012

    I have a backup at 11 on Wednesday night. The issue happened on 7 PM on thursday night. Everynight backups are done at 11 PM. I did not want to lose all day of updates/work done for Thursday. Now it is three days later. I am using SQL 5.5 dull version the database name is HQ and it is about 7G.
