Marketing Form submission behavior settings not working

Hello all -

We have set up a new subscription center form to handle contacts who want to unsubscribe from all communications. Here is a screen shot of my submission behavior settings under the Summary tab:

When testing, the submission message is still displaying the old success message and also not re-directing.

I even updated the settings on the related marketing form page under form hosting even though we are not embedding externally with same results. I do not see any setting of this type on the related marketing page. The form itself is working as expected as far as updating contacts appropriately, I just can't get these settings to take. Any ideas on what I'm missing?

    Hi slewislbmc,

    It seems that both your marketing form and marketing page are hosted on Portal? Thus the form is part of page.

    If so, please also check settings in Properties tab when you're adding a form as element to marketing page.

    I havn't portal thus I couldn't test whether it could work, but from my experience, settings in form page(under Form hosting tab) will only take effect when we are using embedded form.

    So I think setting in Properties tab shall work for you.

    Awesome, thank you so much Clofty! I made the changes on the marketing PAGE as suggested, and that worked. I appreciate the guidance.
