I need to create CRM Online Integration with IP Telephony.
I'm using IP Telephony API. I created outgoing call integration (calls and getting calls statistic).
And what about incoming calls? How I could "catch" incoming call (I need to open new call page and save unique incoming call ID).

I have done similar work but I have integrated CRM Online with Ring Central API. You can check Server-Side Subscription in following URL.
You would need similar sort of mechanism from Telephony API

Does IP Telephony API provides some kind of subscription mechanism ? Incoming call notification can be achieve by subscription.
When you subscribe the event then you need to implement listener and that listener will notify you regarding incoming call.
