    Carlos,

As Nitin wrote, your video did run but no sound and I think you are not displaying the Item Ledger Entry page and the filter set. Can you please re-record the video or maybe do screen shots into Word and some text to show us what you are doing and expect.

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Carlos,

When a field is not in the Filter list, click the top choice ALL and move right with the mouse and scroll through the list to find the field you want. I see Department but if you are looking for say Project (like in Cronus Global 1 and 2), then use ALL to find and select.

    Thanks,

    Steve

Thank you for the answer Steve. But the issue is that when add the filter for the global dimension, for example deparment, on the drop list present all the dimension values of all the dimension code setup on the BC. The version is the BC 14 on premise.

    Carlos,

I have a BC14 version and here is my picture. Do you have any APPs installed effecting this? If not, may I ask if you have updated to the 14.x latest release?

    Thanks,

    Steve

Hi Steve. I verifed in a new database version 14 C4 NA. And I have the same issue. Then I tested in a NA database 14 C06 and in this DB is working fine. The situation is that the customer is install in BC 14 C04 and, on the fixed we didn´t see this issue. How can I solve this situation?  We think is a aplication issue because is the same problem to all the table that we want to filter with the global dimension.
