Marketing email credit error

Hello, does anyone know why this warning is coming out
'We are unable to get your email credit information for this month. Contact the administrator. '
And I check the quota limit in the advanced configuration and it does not mark any problem
I have the same question (0)

    Where did the warning come out?

    In Get started page, will Quota information card work if you refresh it?

    Hi CloFly, it was show in customer journey. i refreshed and check the cuota information card  and

    there was no problem with the quota limit.

    After an hour and a half it didn´t  show more this warning and i could start the journy. It was rare,

    i thought that could be something about the bill but no.

    Hi Alejandra,

    I agree with you, it might be caused by network latency of some back-end services.

    Anyway, it is very glad that the everything goes well again. :D

    In the future, if such a problem reoccurs, could you please create a support ticket (sharing your organization and customer journey IDs)? We will be able to investigate your case in detail then and fix.
