Hello,

I am using the Lead to Opportunity BPF for both Lead and Opportunity. I also deactivated the Opportunity Sales Process BPF.

However, when I switch to Kanban view, it shows the Opportunity Sales Process flow instead of the Lead to Opportunity flow.

Is there any way to work around this?

Kanban view for 'Opportunities' is not showing the 'Lead to Opportunity' BPF

Hi,
I have faced this issue which is a limitation of the Kaban view on Opportunity entity.

Form the MS link: Work with opportunities in the Kanban view | Microsoft Learn - the Kaban view is only available for the Opportunity sales process (or Sales process - new name) business process flow. You just only edit the stage of this process which will be reflected in the Kaban view.
