Can't bookmark a page - personalization error

Hi everyone,

My user is trying to bookmark a custom page of ours, but we consistently get this error :

To my knowledge, this is the only page where we have this issue, every other page can be bookmarked without problme.

Any idea what might be causing this ?

You may need to delete any customizations on that page.

You get the same error when trying to Bookmark 'General Ledger Setup' it seems..

I think that is some limitation, as described in the Documentation.

You can troubleshoot the error and see the specific issue, maybe it will give you some hints:

1. Go to the User Settings Page, open the user and click on Personalized Pages

2. Click on Troubleshoot

3. In the 'Personalized Pages' page that opens you will get a detailed list of errors

One of my clients is also having this same error when trying to bookmark "General Ledger Setup" in version 25.0. Does anyone know if MS is working to correct this? The client was able to bookmark this page before the update.
