Not able to use Enter key in GP2010

Hello, i have an interesting problem...

One of my GP2010 users are not able to use Enter key.  For example when she types in Vendor ID in Vendor screen and hits enter, vendor info loads for few seconds and disappears.  Using tab is working fine.  This issue is only particular to that user.  If other user is logged in to the same machine using Enter is not a problem.  Any ideas?

Thank you.

For that User, open GP and go to User Preferences. Change the "Entry Key" to "Tab" instead of "Return".

If the 'Entry Key' is set to 'Tab' in the 'User Preferences' window, when an ID is entered in a GP window and then the Enter key is hit, the script behind the ID field will run displaying the record, but since you hit the Enter key, the script of the default button on the window will also run, in your case the Save button clearing the window.
