RE: MTD :Model mapping for the import format does not exist.

Following info is from issue 631634 from Microsoft:
To run and use the functionality ES SII and UK MTD do not need to set the default model mapping for model "Electronic Messages framework model".
New package with setup for electronic messages:
• ES SII setup v12 KB5008136
• UK MTD VAT setup_v6_KB5008136 from 10.0.22 ONLY
Fix is in ER configuration and is available on all Monthly updates.
To resolve the issue, import the following or a higher version of the ER configurations from Global Repo:
• Electronic Messages framework model.version.46
• ES SII import model mapping.version.46.9
• MTD VAT authorization format (UK).version.46.15
• MTD VAT import token format (UK).version.46.10
• MTD VAT interoperation (UK).version.31.10
• MTD VAT model mapping.version.46.72
• MTD VAT return response importing JSON (UK).version.46.13
• MTD VAT web request headers format (UK).version.46.47
• SII Import Format (ES).version.46.15
