VAT Return boxes do not agree to the the Vat statement

I am completing the VAT return and have a difference between the figures on the VAT statement and the figures in the VAT return boxes. I have checked all the rollups on the VAT statement which are ok, and the VAT statements figures agree to the open Vat entries.

The VAT statement figures are the correct ones.
