I'm new to Customer Insights - journey and need some help here. My clients have their own email opt-in/opt-out web page built, and I have set up a compliance profile (via external link) for them. I set up the email with the customized compliance profile and used it in a customer journey. I tested it, the email got sent out properly, and by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link, it directed me to the correct web page. However, how do we cascade that opt-in and opt-out option selection on the external website back to CRM? Does this work require development work?
