My organization uses Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Our accounting team sends Payment Remittance notifications to customers using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. D365 uses a Microsoft 365 email account to send these emails.
The issue we are facing is the account used to send email is hitting the Anti-SPAM policy and becoming blocked.
Is there a way to send "Bulk" email via Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations? We typically send ~75 emails at a time per week during "payment runs" which sends customers their Payment remittance.
