Our company only had a production instance that is mainly using the case module. We found a test instance (on prem both Prod and Test) and we would like to have the test instance match production. Is it possible to move configs from production to tes? if so, can anyone share a link to the documenation?
You can take the DB backup from production and can be create a new test instance with the production DB backup
