Hello everyone,

I am curently working on the Project management and accounting module in Finance and operations and have enabled the Microsoft Project client Add-In a while ago.

The add-in was working normally without any issue, i tried to use it again this month and am stuck on the Microsoft Project side.

Basically the .mpp file is being generated from finance and operations, but when i open it from MS project, I am able to sign in but MS Project is getting stuck in the syncing stage.

I already researched the issues on LCS and found similar bugs from earlier version which should have been resolved in version 10.0.31, i am curently running on the 10.0.41 version and still facing the same issue.

Cananyone provide any support?

I'm having the same behavior, also on 10.0.41. If I open MS Project and I try to interact with the buttons available in the "Dynamics 365" tab ("Open", "Resources", etc). nothing apparently happens. If I go to D365 F&O (PMA module), select a project, clin in "Plan > Open in MS Project", the .mpp file is downloaded, and once opened, it keeps displaying a "Syncing" status and nothing is loaded into the screen. Can someone advise?

Hi all,

Same here, I was able to set up the MSProject complement, but from D365F&O when I get the mpp file it opens blank file giving no chance to open or edit the selected Project.

Any comments?

Eventually, the subsequent app update solved the issue, so I can assume it was a defect on that particular PU.
