If you're working with an on-premises Business Central server, try reinstalling the Help components on the client machine.
You’ll also need to determine whether the issue originates from the client PC or the server. We have below installation components Client Components ( Help server is inside this component) Web Server Components Database Components Web Service Components
As part of the troubleshooting process, consider running a repair or performing a clean reinstallation of the affected components.
