Thanks, we decided to write our own service at this point since the RIA did not satisfy the email notification requirements we have. Your reply also confirmed that.

Not sure exactly what you're asking since your post appears to be cutoff, but we struggled with this a couple of years ago and ended up writing a service to do this work.
