Hi All,
We configured the
Supplier Communication Agent (SCA) in D365 Finance & Operations around 7 months ago by following Microsoft document and fast track videos. At that time, the setup was correctly worked for 'emails from vendors' scenario.
Earlier Working Scenario:
1.A Purchase Order was created and approved in D365 FO.
2.As a procurement manager, I shared the PO details with the vendor (PO number, item, quantity, delivery date, etc.).
3.The vendor replied with a confirmation email stating that the order was accepted and delivery was completed.
4.Since my email was configured in the Supplier Communication Agent:
5.The vendor’s email was read by SCA
6.It appeared inside Emails from vendors form
7.It was automatically analyzed
8.When I clicked Apply Suggestions, the PO status updated to Confirmed
9.So earlier, SCA correctly detected vendor confirmations and updated the PO.
SCA Agent Features Configured in D365 FO
At the time of setup, we configured and activated the following:
1.Mitigation suggestions for account reconciliation
2.Send follow-up emails to vendors with Supplier Communications Agent
3.Speed up updates in purchase orders with Supplier Communications Agent
However:
1.Even earlier, the Vendor Follow-up Email feature never worked
2.And currently, it is still not working
Current Issue
Vendor emails still arrive in my mailbox
My email is correctly maintained in the vendor contact record (tested with Vendor 1001)
But SCA is no longer reading these emails
Emails are not appearing in Emails from Vendors form in D365 FO
All 3 Power Automate flows are enabled and running
Mailbox is successfully activated
