Hello,
I am currently trying to troubleshoot an issue where our dynamic 365 syncs some data to an onsite server.
The problem is the connection with the server can not be made when the users are connected to our LAN.
However if the users are connected to 4G, there is no issue.
We recently changed the firewall, and the problem started to appear then.
We do not block outgoing traffic on the firewall, which is confirmed when checking the logs.
In ingoing traffic there is to much traffic to find the corresponding log with no knowledge of what port / protocol is being used.
Any advice on what port, protocol, and ip is used comming from dynamics 365 to the firewall?
