Creating event handler for form part on payroll work space

I try to create an event handler for a form part on payroll management work space using a class which is included in a new model inside application suite , when I build the project I face the error (Form 'PayrollWorkspaceFindPayStatementsPart' is not found) , what are the required packages to be referenced , I tried to reference Application foundation form adapter & Application platform form adapter but the error is not resolved ?

Have I reference it in model parameter screen or in full build screen ?

I've just noticed that maram fraij also asked exactly the same question in his other thread, finding reference package for standard model. Let's choose one of the threads and put all related information there; currently details are spread over two places.
