Create a new external Admin User for Sales CRM to develop

Hi all,
 
I am looking to create a new user that is able to configure our Dynamics 365 sales CRM program but don't want to give them full access, is this possible?
 
we are looking to use a 3rd party who will configure our 365 sales CRM to our own designed specifications, we need to create an admin access, how do we do this with giving away full access to all our microsoft business email address?

    Hey!
     
    It would be important to understand what's the scope of "configure our Dynamics 365 Sales CRM".  Depending on this, there are a couple things that might be relevant:
    a) there's a System Administrator role that has full permissions on all tables and would be aable to read the data.
    b) there's a System Customizer role that has permissions to modify the system but they would only be able to see data from those custom tables they creat.
    c) There's also the possibility to create an administrative account, which is an account that allows access to system resources but not system data.

    External user?
    Maybe you can consider that trying to set-up Azure AD Guest users as users in Dynamics 365 environment.
