Requisition Worksheet Emergency Orders?

Hi Gurus!

I am trying to find out why my requisition worksheet is asking to order more than what I specified. On my req worksheet I have 2 entries for the same item.

This is the re-order policy for this item.

When I check the order tracking lines for the 16 qty it says this:

My current quantity on hand is 0 with no demand from any sales, assembly, or service orders. I'm wondering where this demand is coming from and how I can disable this emergency function in BC.

Thank you for the help. It looks like there were transfer orders open that was causing the demand. Cheers!

Does this item have Stock keeping units? Are you using item variants for this item?

    Is MS the location code?

    Hi

Not sure as we would need to go deeper into analyze... but at least you have on hands = 0 and reorder point 2. So we are below, then we need to reorder, and as reorder qty is 8, then we need this at least.

Now, why all these additional quantities, I don't know ... maybe check your item availability by event at item card level to get more insights.

    Hope helpful,

    Kind regards
