I have a customer who is considering using the Metered Items functionality. When you create a new contract in Contract Entry/Update you can select the Liability Type of Metered BUT you can only select this when the Billing Frequency is NOT set to Monthly. I need the ability to use the Meter functionality with a Monthly frequency.
Does anyone know what the logical reason is to prevent metered billing on a monthly basis?
