Hi,

My question is that if the physical stock is less than the safety stock (already set up in the system), How to let the system send the notification, then we can start to purchase the parts.

Do you have any ideas? Thanks ;)

Hi Zhang Liang,

This question has been discussed here multiple times and there is no alert functionality out of the box to do it for you. You can either use master planing so it creates PO orders for you or you may build your own customization, something like community.dynamics.com/.../250681
