JavaScript is not working on IE 11 for few Users in MS CRM 2015

JavaScript is not working for most of the Users in Production Environment. But this is working for Same Users in QA  environment. Users are using IE 11. 

not able to figure out, why its working for one and not for Other.

In both environment, we upgraded CRM 11 to CRM 2015.

  • Error Message:

There was an error with the fields’s customized event.

Field: window

Event: onload

Error: Object doesn’t support property or method ‘Form_onload’

    but this error is alomost everywhere, not only at Opportunity.

    Even this is displaying on OOB pages, without any cuistomization.

    strange thing is that it is working on my system but not at actual User system

    Hi Priyanka

    These are expected error and you would get more if you use IE9.  IE9 is not comparable with MS CRM 2015 and should not be used

    Please note that for any crm release , only last 3 versions of IE are supported.(here 12,11,10)

    Try use IE the compatibility mode.

    Besides that, pls check:

    do you maintain multiple Form page??

    Does all user accessing same Form page??

    Try run debugger to check if any jscript break on page load?

    hi all,

    Finally, we fixed the error.

    here is the solution:

    we repaired "Microsoft URL rewrite module for IIS" from control Panel.

    The issue disappears.
