Site Map Editor for CRM 2016

I remember in CRM 2011 there was a site map editor. Is there something similar for CRM 2015/2016? I guess I'd be looking for a way to re-arrange some of the tiles. Is this possible at all and does it matter if its an On-Premise or Online deployment?

Hi,

Now this solution comes with a complete tool set which can be now downloaded from http://www.xrmtoolbox.com/ instead of codeplex. Which you can download and make sure to first unblock it before extracting zip files. After that you can use sitemap editors and other tools available on it.
