Hi Alex, I suggest that you download a demo version. This will give you the best overview on the features and how everything in CRM is organized.
to 1.) All Activities(Email, Calls, Letters, Fax etc.) will be shown on the form of the respective customer. You can write Emails in CRM or in Outlook. You can also monitor incoming email. The emails will be associated with the customers automatically.
to 2.) Activities can be synchronized with Outlook if you want -> no duplicates

I'm a mexican student and I'm working in school project related to the CRM in Mexico. At the begining I didn't have any idea about CRM, I have heard it before but just that, ha ha. Now I'm more informed about it and it seems useful and amaizing if we use it as a philosophy. Any way, I'm still trying to get more about CRM and related software.
I appreciate your help and tips, I'm going to follow it. Thanks again for your answers!
