Permissions to Post an Assembly Order

Hi:
 
I'm very surprised and disappointed that this user cannot post an Assembly Order.
 
Below are the security issues.  Please let me know how to resolve.

    There are too many tables related to the Post process. It is recommended that you use the following method to collect all permissions instead of adding them one by one.

    You should create New Permission Sets and use the "Record Permissions" Actions to resolve the above issue.
