Retail Products not shown in MPOS

Were setting up a new environment for Ax retail 2012 R3 CU 10

I have setup Organization, Category, and Products hierarchies, and added my products to them. likewise i have setup a retail workflow, retail catalog, and assortment, assigned my products to them and set them to my store channel.

In Mpos i can see my categories listed, but none of my products are showing up under them, nor dot hey show up from searching. I'm not getting any errors so I assume I have missed something.

I have followed this article for how to do the setup of the above: https://dynamicsaxsharma.blogspot.ca/2015/07/retail-catalog-and-store-publish.html

If someone can help point me to what i'm missing, or give me more details on what to check that would be great.

Thanks.

    Hi ,

Step 1 : Please check under All Retail store -> Select your store and click -> Store Tab -> view channel products

If you can see your product under view channel products please make 1040 products synchronization and check in POS else please run Process assortment job and follow step 1 to check whether you can able to view your product.

Are the attributes under store Product attribute for that stores checked or  unchecked?

Click Store product attributes to map attribute metadata for product attributes that are added to the store,

Retail channels -> Retail store -> edit the store ->setup tab ->click on store product attributes->edit->setup tab-> click on set attribute metadata. In the Set attribute metadata form, in the Category hierarchy field, select the category hierarchy for which to set attribute metadata., In the left pane, select a category.

Expand the “Channel Product Attributes” and ensure every thing in this list has the “Include attribute” check box checked.

Click Publish channel updates and republish the store.

    Publish the Assortments.

Click on the process assortments menu item in the periodic group of the retail area page and when the update dialog pops up ,click on the OK button to start the process.

Run the job i.e channel configuration job(1170) and catalog job(1150).

Once  completed open MPOS and check the names.

    Hi Big Rob,

Is there is any customization in Items form or any modification in ax tables?

    Hi,

Is your problem resolved? I've encounter the same in Dynamics 365.

Hope to get some ideas from you. Thank you.

Also verify that under the Organization Hierarchy, that the Retail Assortments has been assigned to your store hierarchy and choose one of the hierarchies as the default hierarchy. Not having that set can cause this behavior.
