Error when click customer statistics on Sales Order

Hi expert,

My user having issue when clicking customer statistic on Sales Order.

We are using Navision 2017 with click one.

Below the screenshot. When the user click on Customer No then customer card loading after then showing the error.

Let me know how to solve this issue or if any setup i was missing.

    Hi, I tested it in my standard NAV2017 environment with no issues. I think it just run the PAGE.Run(PAGE::"Customer Card", Rec).

    Is there any customization here? In addition, is there any problem when opening the 1190027 customer card directly?

    thank you for your response.

    We have no issue when directly access from customer card. Only issue when access from Sales Order.

    im still looking what happened.

    Raimun,

    Adding to what Yun replied... I checked a few version of NAV and the error that appears does not happen from a Sales Document or Customer Card or Customer List or Sales Order List. I am thinking you have a customization on the Statistics so I would highly suggest you call your Partner to investigate.
