    Hi,

    In D365

    Just go here :

    And delete the InventTable subjobs

Then you should be able to rename your item.

You can add it again after renaming.

Do you know how to do this in D365?  Menu breadcrumb no longer exists.

    Thanks,

    Don Shields

When you go on to Retail > Setup > Retail scheduler > Scheduler subjob

You will find both the CustTable as well as the InventTable in some of the Subjobs created. All that previously worked for me was to remove these tables and add them back after the renaming was done.

I don't see this as best practice as you'll need to do a full sync with the stores again.

But if you don't have any stores you'll be able to get around it by turning off the distribution system:

Retail > Setup > Parameters > Retail scheduler parameters.

Clear the "system in use" selection and then you should be able to rename the customers and items without a problem.

Hi, you are probably using the Retail module.

The CustTable is selected in your distribution table for the synchronization with the stores databases. you should be able to rename the customer after you've removed it from here. Not sure if there is an easier way around it.
