Work Order journals are disappeared after Update work order state to Released

Dear All,
Currently, I am getting the error as follows:

1. Create Work Order in Asset Management module > Add Work Orer lines then click Journal (under Project section) to add WO journals:

2. Click Update work order state (under Lifecycle state) to update to Scheduled

At this step, the WO journals is still existing.

3. Click Update work order state (under Lifecycle state) to update to Released

The WO journal is disappeared

Do you know why this error occurs ?

Could you please share with me how to solve this issue?

Thank you for responding.

Sorry, I forgot to capture the screen with selected "show all" journals.

There is still nothing when I select to show all or posted

Hi.

I is unclear if you also posted the journal in the mean time.

Have you checked if it shows up, if you make another selection in which work order journals to show?

It is set to only show "Not posted" in your screenshot, perhaps check if the journals shows when selecting another value like "Posted".
