When attempting to open a Payment Journal Business Central Cloud fails with the errormessage

Something went wrong

A server error has occurred - Try again etc

Do you have any customization that can cause this?

If you have any customization you should try to uninstall them and see if that fix your isssue.

You can also try to debug if you have a AL developer avalible.

Hi, if the environment does not contain any customizations, please submit an SR to Microsoft for their assistance in the investigation.
If there is customization here, as Inge mentioned, it should be a runtime error caused by customization. Uninstall the custom app and try again.
