When login on to lcs  I have both an Admin account and a normal user account. however is seem to be impossible to switch accounts I have the option to use another account, when using another account the previous account is used to log on. I think this is linked to the fact that the logon is check with the known users in AD en AAD and the tenant / domain used but as  I am not at all familiar with the technical side of this. I do not know wher e to start looking for a solution. Any ideas / tips

Thx

It is a bit unclear on what are you trying to do.

Typically people who use LifeCycle Services have 2 types of accounts:

    - Office 365 tenant (can be either just a regular office subscription, or a domain account of a company based on Azure Active Directory), that is used for accessing Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition deployments

    - Microsoft LiveID account that has been associated with a Microsoft Dynamics PartnerSource/CustomerSource account, with which you could access Dynamics AX 2012 deployments.

For each type people are using a single account to an environment, it is not clear what do you mean by multiple accounts. Within the same browser session you could have a single sign-on to access the services. Some browser support multiple user-profiles, with which you could have as many parallel logins using different accounts as you want.

Vilmos, With multiple accounts I mean that being an AX admin I use and admin account and also a named user account to log into AX. I also have a customers source account that I use. Both the admin account and personal account have the same tenant id. I have the impression that this is the only thing that is checked, an that this is "regardless of the actual user login in"  linked to the latest "historical" logon. What I am actually trying to do is login on with my personal account for which I have set specific user rights within AX to test security profiles.

Fresh logins in a Private browser window (control+shift+p), or a new browser profile does not help? Login typically asks me what account do I want to use, Work (Office365) or Personal (LiveID), when I use such ways to sign on.

Sorry to necropost but I ran into the same situation and found a way around it.

(Problem) If you try and log-in with a valid email it takes you to the log-in then sees you have a working log-in and that's how you go in even if you picked a different email address

(solution) I tried one that didn't exist (mallory.hacker@companyemail.com) and it takes you to an actual login page then I could log in as the admin. When I try to log in now it gives me the choice and if I pick admin it doesn't AAD me straight through but asks for my password.

I don't like this solution but it does work (in edge - I have not tried in chrome)

Basically, you have 2 logins mean you have to have  2 login ID's (emails ) if you are using Azure Directory sync there will be 2 alias registered in AAD (as Eg: admin@abc.onmicrosoft.com and user@abc.onmicrosoft.com) but if you are logged in to any application like office 365 and you when you are trying to login to LCS on the same browser then it will pick the same account which you are currently logged in.

The best way to check this Open your browser and same time open the Incognito window then open the LCS page on both browser sessions and log in using your login id's separate.
