Trouble with CRM 2013 sending mail

Hi, everyone.

I have a problem with the configuration of my CRM 2013, the case is, the mailboxes just keep appearing deactivated and the incoming mail test keeps failing, I have 8 mailboxes, just three of them succeded the outgoing test, although i have exactly the same configuration for all the mailboxes. 
The server profile is set to POP3/SMTP, I have an Exchange Server 2016 as mail server, i've tried to set the server profile to Exchange, but it doesn't make any change.
Anyway, i'm a newbie in this, so i hope you can help me ASAP.
Make me know if you need more info.
