RTM and compliance personalization

Hi everyone.
I'm a bit by bit moving everything being done in the Outbound Marketing to Real-time Marketing. Since there's no double opt-in in RTM yet, I still have to use the subscription centers from Outbound.
In the compliance tab, under settings, I created a new compliance using the +Subscription Center option, to import them to RTM.
However, when I create the mail and I use the two required compliance option, it seems they don't work:

- The company address personalization remains as {{companyaddress}} without showing what I wrote in the compliance
- The preference center should, in this case, lead (if clicked) on the Subscription Center page, however nothing is happing except an error page

How do I properly use these personalizations?
Thanks

I have tried it using subscription centre in the Compliance Profile and it populates the address and the subscription link.

The Compliance Profile that I used is below:

    I received the email below:

When I clicked the unsubscribe link then it redirected to this below:

Let me know if it still doesn't work for you. FYI that TEST SEND will not populate those items. You need to send it to the real contacts to be able to see those items populated.

    Hi Partner,

I followed the following steps to test:
1.Create a compliance profile in Settings and use it.
2.Show default value in Test send.
Display Custom Compliance Profile in Formal Send.

So I would suggest you check if you are only using Test send, also RTM compliance is based on contacts so custom compliance will only take effect on the contact journey.
Regarding the subscription link test results are as follows:
On the first attempt all the links failed to open (404 error),
after some time and multiple changes to the compliance in the email,
eventually the preference center link was available, and the custom subscription center link still gave a 404 error.

I suggest you try to use a custom subscription page in a compliant subscription center profile. If this still fails, please consider using the preference center.

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you need anything else or if you have any other questions.
    thanks,
    Haig Liu
