Deleting recurring GL Batch or a Batch entry

Hello group,

Am trying to delete a monthly recurring batch in the GL but somehow can't figure out how to do that. How could i delete a single entry from a similar batch ?

Would appreciate someones help.

    Yoiu should be able to access the Batch Entry window, pull up the batch and hit the Delete button.  Is that not working for you?

    Hi Zuka.

    If you are trying to remove just one entry going to the Transaction Entry screen you can select the Entry and either delete or void the entry.

    This will leave the recurring batch as it was with the exclusion of this entry.

    If you want to remove all entries - Select the Batch in Financial Batches and delete it.

    If your option is to not allow deletions of entries you will need to void all entries first and then delete the Batch.
