Run Workflow button in UCI

So I know there is no longer OOTB "Rin Workflow" button in UCI.

We are on D365 V9.1 on prem.

I have just tried Scott's own article on https://ribbonworkbench.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/132235-create-a-workflow-short-cut-ribbon-button-no-code

No suprise it's no long working...

However I can't use smart button as we are on prem, and all smart button solutions seem to be generated using Online version.

So just wonder if anyone has got it working using Ribbon Workbench for UCI?

Could you point me to the right track please?

    Hi shennu,

    Could you explain why you create a button to run workflow rather then just create an on-demand workflow which is OOTB?

    Thanks for your response. I am not talking about the creating workflow itself.

    What I am trying to do is allow user to run an on-demand workflow, but as far as I am aware the "Run Workflow" button is no longer available in UCI on entity form or grid. Or am I missing something?...
