    Hi Mohannad,

In order to narrow down the issue and for testing, you can apply a 30 day trial run subscription which sends a Sandbox Instance from

    https://signup.microsoft.com/Signup?OfferId=bd569279-37f5-4f5c-99d0-425873bb9a4b&dl=DYN365_ENTERPRISE_PLAN1&Culture=en-us&Country=us&ali=1

and do the Reset Function to change its version as V8.2.2.160 that you want. The Reset function can be referred to the above posted answer.

    Hi Mohannad ,

Solutions exported from older version organizations can be imported into newer version organizations. While from the error details that you displayed could see that the issue is due to the different version. I suggest you could import the solution to one V8.2 Instance for testing first. If there's no customer data in your Dynamics 365 Online(V-9), you could restore the version to V8.2 to keep the version synchronous. The restore operation attached as follow.

Firstly change Production to Sandbox Instance:

    1. Access to your D365 OL URL

    2. In instance tab , choose your instance tab and click Edit

    3. In instance type, choose Sandbox then click on next and save.

    Secondly Reset Instanceï¼›

    1. Choose Target version is Dynamics 365(V8.2.2.160)

    2. Click on "Finish" to complete version reset process

    Hope it help

    Best Regards

    Hi,

From your error details , we suspect you may import the solution between two instances with different versions. It's no suggested to import the solution from Higher  version Sandbox Instance to Production Instance. If there's no significant customer data in the Sandbox instance , we suggest you could restore the instance to keep its version synchronous with the prod one.

    Hi Mohannad,

Seems there is multiple reason this error can come and it's generic error.Could you please check following

    1. Download the log file from import window and share.

    2. Go to event viewer check the log you may  get details error .

    3. Clear the browser cache and do the import.

    4. Check in the solution if you have any additional view which is not added in your solution.

    5. Try to import solution with another system admin role.

Let me know if this is not helps.
